RETURNS
We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase of Xkiki products. We take great care to insure we provide you with the highest quality product. We will accept returns for most products if the return is made within 30 days of the date of purchase. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges. 

Shipping fees are not refundable.
If you are returning an item that came with a free gift, the free gift must be returned in order to get a full refund.

If you want to exchange an item for another item, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges as well as the shipping charges to send out a new item.

Items that have been opened or used will not be eligible for return.


Items purchased at a retail store should be returned to that store. Please check with the individual store about their return policy.

Shipping Errors
If we made a mistake and sent you an incorrect item, please contact us immediately email info@xkiki.com. We will arrange for the return on the incorrect item and will replace it with the item ordered. 

Damages 
Please inspect your product upon receipt. Should there be a damaged item, please contact us immediately email info@xkiki.com. We will need your order number, name, address, and phone number in order to investigate the problem. Please keep the packaging should we need to provide it to the carrier for proof of damage.
